**For Foreign Travelers arriving by plane:**
* **Step 1: International Flight:** Book a flight to Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City.
* **Step 2: Transfer to Domestic Airport:** Transfer to Albrook “Marcos A. Gelabert” International Airport (PAC). Options include:
* Taxi: Approximately $25.
* Uber: A generally cheaper option than a taxi.
* Shuttle: Around $37.
* **Step 3: Domestic Flight:** Fly from Albrook International Airport (PAC) to Bocas del Toro “Isla Colón” International Airport (BOC). Air Panama is the primary airline for this route, with flights costing between $75 and $150. FlyTrip offers another option, with flights available Tuesdays, and Thursday through Sunday. Allow at least 2.5-3 hours for the transfer between airports and clearing immigration.
**Traveling from within Panama:**
* **From Panama City:**
* **By Plane:** As described above, fly from Albrook International Airport (PAC) to Bocas del Toro (BOC) with Air Panama or FlyTrip.
