REFUND POLICY

ADSIDERA SEMPER FESTIVAL REFUND POLICYEffective Date: April 1, 2021
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for tickets and packages purchased for the ADSIDERA SEMPER FESTIVAL. By purchasing a ticket or package, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Packages:

A full refund, less a 20% administration fee, will be issued for package cancellations made within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the purchase date is before July 1, 2025. All package reservations must be fully paid by July 1, 2025. Failure to pay in full by this date may result in the forfeiture of the reservation charge. No refunds will be issued for package cancellations after July 1, 2025, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Tickets:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Climate difficulties,
Power outages,
Transportation delays or cancellations,
Rooming or hospitality issues,
Artist cancellations, goberment regulations, last minute municipal restrictions, any other indirect cause.

General Conditions:

The ADSIDERA SEMPER FESTIVAL, Adsidera LLC, and Bocas Touristic Development S.A. are not responsible for the services provided by third parties, including hotels, transportation, tours, flights, food, beverages, holistic activities, or spa treatments. Any issues or cancellations related to these services are the sole responsibility of the third-party provider. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and for complying with all applicable laws and event rules. Neither Adsidera LLC nor Bocas Touristic Development S.A. assumes any civil responsibility for injuries, health problems, or other incidents experienced by attendees during the Festival. Attendees are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate health insurance coverage valid in Panama
for the duration of the Festival. Neither Adsidera LLC nor Bocas Touristic Development S.A. is responsible for any healthcare costs incurred by attendees. 4.

This Refund Policy is subject to change. Please review it periodically for updates. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through authorized ADSIDERA SEMPER FESTIVAL channels. It does not apply to tickets or packages purchased through third-party vendors. By attending the Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

AD SIDERA DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By purchasing or receiving a ticket, registering for, or attending the AD SIDERA SEMPER FESTIVAL (the “Festival”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that attendance at the Festival carries inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, weather, crowds, the consumption of food and beverages, and the actions of other attendees. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to attend the Festival at your own risk.
Release of Liability: You hereby release and forever discharge Adsidera LLC, Bocas Touristic Development S.A., their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in or attending the Festival.
No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, acts of God, inclement weather, travel disruptions, artist cancellations, or any other reason.
Third-Party Services: The Festival may utilize third-party vendors for accommodations, transportation, and other services. The Released Parties are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party vendors and shall have no liability whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of such third-party vendors or otherwise.
Medical Treatment: You are solely responsible for your own health and medical care. You acknowledge that the Released Parties are not responsible for providing medical services or insurance. You agree to be financially responsible for any medical treatment required during the Festival.
Compliance with Laws and Rules: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Festival rules.
Governing Law: This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Delaware/Panama], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties may mutually agree in writing to apply the laws of a different jurisdiction to any particular dispute, controversy, or claim.

By attending the Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer of Liability.
